Hike description

A family-friendly, easy panoramic route that starts with the cable car ride from Fuente Dé.

From there, the route gently descends through Puertos de Áliva, crossing pastures and glacial landscapes. The path passes by the Áliva Refuge and the striking Llomba del Toro moraine, remnants of the National Park’s glacial shaping. The descent continues along a track back to Fuente Dé, with spectacular views of the central massif of the Picos de Europa.

An accesible and very complete option to discover the high mountains without excessive difficulty.
