Hike description

A high-mountain route starting from El Cable, the upper cable car station at 1,830 meters above sea level. The trail leads toward Jou de Lloroza and Canal de San Luis, through a rocky and wild environment typical of the central massif. The final ascent to Pico La Padiorna (2,319 m) offers exceptional panoramic views over Áliva and the valleys of Liébana. 

The terrain is rocky and a bit demanding with steep sections. 

Recommended for hikers with some experience and good physical condition.
